Montana’s restaurants unveiled a new menu item sure to delight Indigenous families — moose wings.
The wings are actually whole moose hindquarters, breaded, deep-fried and then slathered with an assortment of the chain’s most popular sauces.
“Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,” said Nelson Neposh, who ordered the dish at a Moose Jaw, Sask., location.
A company spokesperson said the dish, which weighs approximately 150-lbs, could take days or even weeks to fully consume.
