Millions of people have said they’re eager to do something about the rapidly dying earth, just as soon as the wildly popular Game of Thrones television show concludes.
The news comes as a United Nations report warns that nearly half of life on the planet is at risk of extinction because of human activity.
“That’s terrifying,” said James Canard, 33, a member of the Port Aleck First Nation in Manitoba.
“I better start making some changes, but only after the finale of Game of Thrones.”
Tens of thousands of people said they would have started doing something last week about the impending human-fueled apocalypse but they were distracted by the Royal Birth.
