A Toronto man who once sobbed uncontrollably when the Raptors lost to Golden State thinks Indigenous people need to ‘just get over it already.’
“I’m so sick of this victim culture they’re stuck in,” said Will Balta, 34, who cried so hard over a basketball game that his eyes were swollen.
“Indigenous people really need to move on and stop being so sensitive.”
Balta, who once participated in a riot over an NHL win, added that Indigenous people should deal with conflicts constructively instead of protesting and blocking roads.
Shaking his head in disappointment, Balta ended the interview because he needed to fix the drywall he punched holes in while in a rage over the outcome of a FIFA World Cup match.
