Guy acting like wearing mask in coffee shop is oppression thinks Indigenous people need to ‘just get over it’

A Winnipeg man who says he’s oppressed by months-long public health orders requiring him to wear a mask before entering overpriced coffee shops thinks Indigenous people should ‘just get over’ centuries of crushing colonialism.

“That was a long time ago,” said Dwight Finn, who just on Tuesday acted like he was dying or something because he was asked to show proof of vaccination in order to eat wings in a local bar, in a country that has had Certificates of Indian Status for decades.

“They should just get over it already.”

Finn told reporters he’s not sure why Indigenous people are complaining anyway since the Irish and French had it worse.
